Natural Stone Selection & Master Mold Development
Select premium natural stones with rich textures and natural character as the foundation of every design. Exclusive master molds are developed to accurately capture every grain, pore and surface detail, ensuring authentic stone appearance and unique visual effects.
Precision Silicone Molding
High-performance silicone molding technology is used to reproduce even the finest stone details, including natural cracks, texture transitions and surface depth. This process guarantees excellent dimensional accuracy and realistic three-dimensional texture.
Flexible Stone Series
High-quality polyurethane materials are automatically mixed, poured and foamed inside the molds. Strict control of material ratios and foaming density ensures lightweight structure, excellent strength and consistent product quality.
Controlled Curing & Demolding
